Year highlights
- Community support was key for Chisasibi students this year.
- The community’s local newsletter and radio broadcast school attendance to support student success, while Elders were present in the classrooms.
- Cree Language and Culture lessons were a focus across all sectors, resulting in a 100% success rate in the Cree Language exam.
- Both schools had high staff retention numbers which motivated the students and helped support academic achievement.
